What to expect

For many women whose daughters are reaching the age of their first menarche (period), menstruation was not something that was celebrated or even talked about. Cloaked in shame, periods were something to be hidden, kept secret, and many of us will have memories of tucking pads up our sleeves at school, and hushed conversations about how to deal with the physical discomfort that often accompanies periods. This workshop - for mothers whose daughters are yet to start or have recently started menstruating - aims to break this taboo. We aim to help you start a new cycle for our daughters in which menstruation is talked about openly, as natural a part of life as hunger, while also holding space to celebrate this remarkable thing our bodies do and what it means for our daughters as girls becoming women.

Come and change the narrative around periods with us.

We operate on a sliding scale. Use the codes 10off, 25off or 50off as you need to.
